| Designed for teachers who are new to teaching a hands-on, inquiry-based science curriculum, this course serves as an introduction to the inquiry philosophy, classroom teaching strategies and notebooking. By engaging in a lesson, teachers will learn and apply the Elements of Effective Science Instruction. Teachers will also receive an overview of the components of science education reform and learn how these elements are embedded into the ASSET program. | |
